I can list all of these areas because of my many years of Real Estate experience. And through multiple transactions I have helped close as well as the Real Estate I have been in charge of managing, I have been able to extensively study the Real Estate Markets of San Luis Obispo County as well as Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.

Negotiating: I worked in the Trust Division of a Bank for nearly eight years where I bought, sold and managed Real Estate for our Trust Clients.
